Week 1 Of The Life Diet.

Okay so its actually one week and one day but never mind!

So. To start with, the change is both working and not working. I’ll start with the positives:

I’m eating less. This week I’ve had an apple and a kitkat for lunch. Not the healthiest lunch but at least its less.
I’m revising more. Not looking at ny phone all the time has really helped. It’s clicked in now that my exams are really close. French Oral is on Monday!!! So I’ve been revising more ^.^

Now the negatives:

Not eating a proper lunch has meant that I am hungry when I get in. And there’s no healthy snacks in the house.
I’m not revising enough. Yes. I’m revising more, but not enough. As soon as French is out if the way I’m gonna go hardcore.

For both me and The Maineiac the sleep change hasn’t happened. If anything I’ve got worse. It’s bad. Real bad. We need to start getting into a healthy sleep routine in time for our exams. It will benefit us so much, this just hasn’t set in yet!

Another negative is that I’ve not done any more exercise. Me and DH are gonna start walking/jogging as we both feel we’ve put on weight. And I did aerobics today at school ^.^

Seriously. From Monday. Everything changes.
Properly.
