2012 in 1953 words.

Hello there 2013, its so nice to see you! Before I embrace you fully, here’s a round up of my 2012.
January-
I don’t remember much of January so I’m relying on my journal posts. So in January, I apparently went to Scotland. I have very little recollection of this. But apparently we went and saw the family and it was apparently nice. The week later was the geography field trip, which was a lot of fun. I got closer to Chlorine and FallenLegacy over the few days and we had a lot of laughs and good chats. The day after we got home Chlorine, FallenLegacy and Sharkee came round and we played on the wii and had a good laugh. This was the first time I had had friends round in ages and I got a bit excited but it was fun and i think everyone enjoyed themselves. I think January was probably when I started getting closer to Chlorine and FallenLegacy, we were friends but yeah. Closer.

Why being alone is (one of) my favourite place(s) to be.

A few years ago I went on a tall ships trip from Boston, Lincs, to London.
It was amazing.
I previously hadn’t met any of the other guides on the trip, but we soon made friends and were acting like we’d known each other for ages. I was the youngest on the trip and had been worried about fitting in, but it was fine.
So, as part of the week, we sailed the beautiful STS Lord Nelson to Scheveningham in Holland. This meant sailing across the North Sea, notorious for its rough seas. Well I don’t know what all the fuss is about, we sailed across with very few bumps.

Time Part 2.

I wrote about time and how living in the moment recently, but kind of forgot the original direction I wanted to go with that post. I remembered!

So, time.

I hate wasting it. Last week was half term and I did nothing. I literally sat in my room for most of the days doing nothing. Originally I wanted to get all my work done, all my notes up to date and revise everything I’ve done so far. But I didn’t do anything. And I regretted it so much. I don’t know about you but I feel so guilty if I sit doing nothing. I cant have a lie in, I feel like I’ve wasted the day if I get up late. I’d much rather get up early, do a lot of work and then relax of an evening. Continue reading

Time.

The past. The present. The future. There’s no time like the present.
Don’t look back, don’t live in the past.
Don’t worry about the future.
Live each moment as it comes.

Our Life Diet: An Update.

You might have noticed that I did a one week update on the life diet me and The Maineiac were doing but haven’t blogged about it since.
There is a simple reason for this.

It failed.

I Saw Something Beautiful: Acceptance.

So I read this blog yesterday and by chance I saw something at the festival which relates to it in my opinion.
I was walking along the pathway and I noticed two guys around my age or maybe slightly older so 16/17/18 I think. I noticed them because they were both quite cute and I notice things like that :’)

Today was the final exam for this year- geography unit 2.
It was an okay exam, I know I’ve lost some points which hopefully won’t bring my grade down.

Psychology 2

So today was the psychology unit 2 exam.
Well it was alright, not majorly difficult. There was one question which I know I got wrong and a few where I’m not sure I understood the question but apart from that it was all good 🙂
I was desperately trying to revise for this exam but what ever I did just didn’t work.
