Aloha! This has been a different week to usual.
So, on Monday, my mum and brother went away for the week. I decided I was going to have friends over for dinner and needed to get the ingredients to cook, so under the disguise of having to go to the library, left before they did, met DH and went food shopping. Later that night, I tidied and then FallenLegacy came over to help, which turned into a movie night.
On Tuesday, after half an hours sleep, The Maineiac came over to meet the cats and bake cookies with me. We dug out an old video of Peter Pan which I had found the night before which brought back memories. Was really nice to spend some time with him, normally our friendship is mainly exclusively through messages and not face to face. Later on, FallenLegacy and Mikado came over to get some cookies and say hey. Originally it was just going to be Mikado so I was a bit surprised when he text me to say they were both on their way, whilst I was midway through West Side Story.

Hey there!
As Sands got home on Saturday, I went to see her on Sunday. We had a laugh and I got to see all her holiday snaps. So jealous of her holiday! Also looked at finding a prom dress for her.
So on Monday me and Àands headed to Oxford Street to find her dress. We couldn’t find one and she was losing hope and then we went into House Of Fraser and we found this really gorgeous dressvwhich she pretty much fell in love with as soon as she put it on. We also witnessed a guy trying to steal a pair of sunglasses which was pretty scary, especially when he ran into the road and nearly got hit by a bus.
On Tuesday, I went shopping with The Mother and Brother. I didn’t get anything. I didn’t like anything I saw.
Wednesday was Mikado’s birthday so I arranged to meet with him after my singing lesson so that I could give him his birthday present and we went to this new Mexican place which was actually really nice. Afterwards, we walked home and I met up with DH and we went and did a bit of shopping for summer.

Hey guys, hope you had a good Easter!
So on Sunday, I didn’t really do much. Had a nice lunch with the family as it was Easter and just was a bit lazy all day aha.
Monday was a family day out. We went to Brighton for the day. I wasn’t especially looking forward to it as I had hoped to get some revision done, but we had a nice lunch up there and it was nice to get out I guess.
Tuesday I started the jogging programme again, and although half way through I started to struggle with my breathing, I pushed through and completed it.
Wednesday me and DH decided to go to the library to start some revision and catch up. She did more revision than I did, and in the end, Sands (who we bumped into there) and DH were teasing me over events at the party. As we were about to get the bus home, I got a text from TB asking if I was free for lunch and to help him buy his dad’s birthday present. I had already eaten but I still met him and we went and bought his dad a kindle and then went back to the library so I could pick up some new books. I got My Sister’s Keeper by Jodi Picoult which I’ve been wanting to read for ages, The Day I Met Suzie by Chris Higgins and Wonder by R. J. Palacio which is another book I had earmarked to read.
